How do we handle data?

Where is the data stored?

All the data is stored on servers located in Germany and the US. We only work with GDPR-compliant and HIPPA-compliant providers with ISO/IEC 27001 certified servers.

How is the data stored?

Data is stored in an anonymised way, stripped of any personally identifiable data in accordance to HIPPA and GDPR.

Is the employee's data shared with the employer?

No, no individual data is shared with the employer. Our data is aggregated and anonymized so it's not identifiable in accordance to privacy laws.

Can I delete the data?

You can always request to delete your data if you change your mind about sharing it. The data that was anonymized will remain in the databank, since we will not have any way to trace it back to you, and, therefore, won't be able to delete it.

Tatyana

Lily
